so ever since soccer nite.
i've been driving myself cranky about being active again.
getting back my agility and stamina.
so i read my siblings' magazines.
erms.. Men's Health and Shape..
haha.. and they have nice workouts to do at home..
for those who dun have weights and no access to gyms..

i tried it out today and OMG..
it looks easy.. well it feels generally easy..
but it was really working me out..
i was sweating without straining myself..
kudos to the magazines..

ouh and my brother accompanied me for my nite jog..
we did 5km in less than 45 minutes..
of coz he could have run so much faster..
but i was the slow paced one.. hehe..

next week.. we're gonna try 10km..
okay not we.. he has prolly done it alot before..
but we came up with a 10km route around my neighbourhood..
and i'm gonna try my first 10km run =)

ouh.. that aside..
i can't wait to graduate..
pay off my debts..
and be free to do whatever i want..
i already have a few things in mind..
and it feels ace when i think of them =)
